HRC Technologies Ltd. is the leading ICT Service Provider both for Domestic and International Connectivity Services, MPLS Network Solution, Corporate VPN, Co-location Services, IT Consultancy, and IP Telephony Services duly authorized by the Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC). HRC offers a wide range of products/services to meet the requirements of clients with IP based solutions, minimizing clients upfront and recurring network costs. The management of HRC Technologies Limited has years of experience on ICT & Telecommunication sectors in Bangladesh and abroad. The Company is approved by the registrar of joint stock companies and firms on 26-05-1999.
Human Resource
To run the services, we have a team of 180 peoples. Among them we have 30 engineers and 50 Technicians to work round the clock (to implement and support our services). We have a good Sales team comprising of 18 qualified persons to handle different Government & Non-Government Projects. We have a well-equipped research & development (R&D) team, 2 qualified engineers are working in the team to provide the appropriate service that our clients require. They are responsible for designing and modeling new services incorporating new technologies those are available time to time. They maintain good contacts with the highest Government Authorities and potential bureaucrats.

For every service we offer, we utilize state-of-the-art hardware. Our ISP and DATA Services are powered by world-class network equipment. Similarly, for our IPTSP Service, we have deployed globally recognized soft switch and billing systems. The hardware for our IIG and IGW services are sourced from renowned manufacturers worldwide, ensuring that the core systems are highly reliable and dependable. The tools and equipment used for service deployment, as well as for maintenance and troubleshooting, are reliable and professional-grade. We provide Internet and DATA services across Bangladesh, with the capability to establish such services in any part of the country within 24 hours. The connectivity mediums may include fiber optics and microwave radio.
